Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage manipulates soft tissue to restore balance, relax muscles, soothe the nervous system and increase range of motion.  It improves circulation and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to cells and cleanses the tissue of metabolic waste.  Therapeutic massage generally includes the entire body with special attention to areas of restriction.

Rehabilitative Therapy
Rehabilitative therapy will focus on specific problem areas in order to improve range of motion, decrease joint and muscle pain and generally improve the quality of life for those suffering with pain.  The need for rehabilitative therapy can come from auto accidents, surgery, falls, sports injuries or any other source of trauma to the body.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue and physically breaks down adhesions that block circulation and cause pain, limited movement and inflammation.  It releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.  There is often stiffness or discomfort after a deep tissue massage that can be relieved thru the use of ice.

Sports Massage
Sports massage can help prevent injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, maintain it in optimal condition, and help athletes to recover from workouts and injuries.  Each sport has different physical demands and uses muscle groups in a different way.  Sports massage is designed to address those specific concerns.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy can relieve pain by applying static pressure on specific myofascial trigger points.  It utilizes tissue tone, fibrosity and hypersensitivity as signals for the therapist to move from an investigative mode to treatment in an instant.

Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology treats your feet to a variety of foot massage techniques, stimulating and energizing all body systems while relieving pain.  Beneficial for all types of foot pain, it relaxes tension in the feet as well as releases restrictions that can lead to knee and hip pain.

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
Prenatal massage is tailored to the needs of pregnant women and can relieve neck, back and sciatica pain, reduces swelling, improves sleep, circulation and mobility, and helps you feel good.

Postpartum Massage helps restore the abdominal muscles and uterus to a normal state, accelerates the realignment of hips and pelvic structure, aides in recovery from C-section delivery and revives the emotional state.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is suited for those who tend to feel chilly, have cold feet or those with muscle tension who prefer a lighter massage.  Smooth, flat stones are heated and placed at key points on the body.  The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.  The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
