Join Deb and her Young Living Essential Oils to learn about aromatherapy!  Deb is excited to share this life changing information with those who are looking for new ways of dealing with health and wellness.
 
This Presentation will give you a short background on what essential oils are, how, why and when to use them and we will delve into which oils are best for specific illnesses.  She will also do a short talk on using the oils to help your animals as well.  There will be a variety of oils on hand for you to smell or use during the class.

Is chronic stress getting the best of you?  Beyond the harmful impact on your heart, chronic stress can actually make you fat, age your skin and ruin your health!  Using a validated questionnaire you will assess your level of chronic stress and devise a customized strategy to alleviate it through natural methods.  Getting enough sleep, eating right and exercise are only the basics.  Learn about herbs, dietary supplements, breathwork, and energy system techniques to release stress and bring you back to balance.
